SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.
A refundable security deposit to cover additional charges, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Group Policy: Three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates is considered a group booking. When making a group booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked.
Unfortunately, the property is unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved.
Please note this is a meet and greet property; in order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform SACO of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival and if making a same day booking, a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may result in a delay to gain access. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. 台中虐嬰議員關切 批托育只做半套
: 【台灣醒報特派員劉東皋台中報導】「托育一條龍」只做半套？台中市自實施托育一條龍以來，托育中心快速增加，但日前發生重大虐嬰事件，多位議員14日指責市府對虐嬰事件的預防疏於管理，父母無法安心托嬰。並要求台中市社會局長呂建德，若再發生類似事件，需請辭以示負責。
國民黨市議員顏莉敏、黃馨慧、朱暖英14日質詢社會局長呂建德，台中發生的虐嬰事件讓家有幼兒的父母很不安心，不知要將自己的子女送到哪裡托嬰才好？
自從林佳龍實施托育一條龍政策後，台中的托育中心從94家，在兩年多的時間內，增加到137家。其中只有4家是公立民營，其餘都是私營。朱暖英不滿的說，社會局只會提供補助，卻對托育中心的設立、稽核欠缺管理，將後續的問題丟給父母擔心；托育一條龍等於只是做半套。
親民黨議員段緯宇詢問呂建德，台中市的社工有多少人？有多少位負責托育中心的承辦工作？呂建德答覆，台中市共有200多位社工人員，負責托嬰中心的承辦只有1位社工；但另有委託外包人員。
段緯宇指責說，如果台中市的托嬰中心及褓姆平均分配給社工進行稽查，稓核管理不是能辦得更好？台中市府請了那麼多社工人員，難道都只是坐在辦公室工作嗎？這種管理方式非常不恰當。
儘管黃馨慧與蘇柏興等議員質詢問，如果再發生虐嬰事件，呂建德是否要辭職下台？但呂建德只表示，未來會精進改善，做得更好。市府將優先提出「臺中市托嬰中心設置管理自治條例」，以確保台中市優質托育及維護嬰幼兒利益。
陝西一家醫院於上周四（8月31日）晚發生一起命案，一名26歲的產婦因陣痛痛到受不了，兩度向家屬要求讓她剖腹生產，就連醫護人員也數度建議家屬剖腹產，但家屬卻只終堅持自然產。最後，這名產婦因受不了，從醫院5樓分娩中心躍下不幸身亡。
據陝西《華商報》報導，這名馬姓孕婦在8月30日下午到陝西第一醫院綏德院區要求住院待產。婦產科二病區主任霍軍偉表示，馬姓孕婦是要生第一胎，但是，經檢查後發現胎兒頭部偏大，不適合陰道分娩，執意自然產可能會有難產風險。
因此醫護人員當下便向產婦、家屬說明狀況，並建議剖腹生產。然而家屬知情後卻仍堅持自然產，並在《產婦住院知情同意書》上簽字。
霍軍偉表示，馬姓產婦曾痛得兩次走出分娩中心向家屬喊疼，但家屬仍然堅持順產。護理紀錄單上也曾顯示，產婦曾提出剖腹產的要求，但家屬始終拒絕手術，堅持繼續觀察。
醫護人員曾多次安撫馬姓產婦，並繼續建議家屬剖腹產，可是家屬仍不理會醫護人員的勸告。
最後，馬姓產婦選擇從醫院5樓分娩中心跳下，經搶救後宣告不治。目前公安機關已初步排除他殺可能，並列作單純自殺案件。
